(1) Vendor needs to provide housekeeping and janitorial services to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC.– Trash removal.– Cleaning of building surfaces.– Stairwell cleaning.– Entrance cleaning.– Restroom cleaning.– High–touch surface cleaning.– Dust television screens and casings.– Vacuum all flooring, including underneath equipment.– Mop all restroom and locker room floors.– Damp mop areas that are inaccessible to the auto scrubber.– Clean interior and exterior glass windows and doors.– Window cleaning.– Carpet cleaning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
