(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Provide center–based temporary staffing services.– Provide temporary center–based substitute center administrators, assistant center administrators, family services specialist, special services specialist, teacher, teacher assistant and teacher aide staffing services throughout head start and early head start centers.– Recruitment interviews shall be done in person by the contractor to ensure employment candidates have the required knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities required for the specific job classification.– Employed by the staffing agency: all temps shall be employed by the staffing agency contractor.– Responsible for payment of all salaries, wages, bonuses, social security, federal and state unemployment insurance, liability insurance, employee benefits, and any and all taxes related to personnel, and shall provide worker’s compensation for its personnel.– Provide references, resumes, and test scores on individual substitute teaching staff.– Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws relating to its employees, such as wages and hour laws, safety and health requirements, and collective bargaining laws.– Conduct pre–employment testing that is both a valid and reliable predictor of a candidate’s ability to perform required tasks as a substitute.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
