CSE-24763 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Security Upgrade Service - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security upgrade service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• The work consists of furnishing, installing, configuring, testing, and replacing the existing securitycameras, sensors, radars, and associated equipment at 7 facilities in agency.• The services shall include, at a minimum:a. cleaning camera lenses and housings as needed to maintain image quality.b. Resetting or rebooting cameras remotely whenever possible, or on site when remote recovery is not feasible.c. Troubleshooting and diagnosing camera or system malfunctions.d. Repairing or restoring any camera that is out of service to normal operating condition.e. Verifying proper operation of the camera and its communication with the video management system after maintenance or repairs are completed.f. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and incidental materials necessary to perform the required service during the first year.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
