RFQ 902652 Landscape Maintenance Services Project for Lewelling Boulevard and Harmony Court

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe Landscape Maintenance Services for Lewelling Boulevard (Blvd) and Harmony Court (Ct) being requested by the Alameda County Public Works Agency (PWA). Contractor will provide weekly landscape maintenance services for two (2) separate project sites- Lewelling Boulevard and Harmony Court. The County intends to award a three (3)-year contract (with the option to renew for two (2) years) to the Bidder selected as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder whose response meets the County’s requirements. These specifications, terms, and conditions are to procure the most environmentally preferable products with equivalent or higher performance and at an equal or lower cost than traditional products.
