(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health services to the government authority located in San Luis Obispo, CA.• Mental health Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to include to, mental health services for youth clients who are involved in, or are at risk of being involved in, the juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health systems.• Provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an intensive, evidence–based, family– and community–focused treatment model designed to address serious externalizing, antisocial, and/or delinquent behaviors in youth between 12–17 years of age and at risk of system consequences.• Youth involved in or at risk of involvement in juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health systems.• MST aims to reduce criminal activity, improve family functioning, decrease out–of–home placements, and support long–term positive outcomes.• Comprehensive assessment of youth, family, and environmental factors.• Family therapy to improve communication, parenting skills, and supervision• Crisis intervention and safety planning(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
