Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to revamp, redesign, develop, implement, launch, and support a new website for Seminole County. Vendors shall have proven experience in designing, implementing Content Management System (CMS) platforms, developing, and supporting websites that support local governments (City, County, etc.) of similar size to Seminole County. The Content Management System (CMS) must not only meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP) but must also be flexible and scalable to meet the County’s future business and technology needs. NOTE: The County will not accept multiple proposals of the same solution as a part of this RFP process. For example, a proposer may not choose to submit a proposal and an integrator submit a separate proposal for the same solution. Only one proposal for each solution will be accepted and reviewed.
