EJ21-EJ27 TREE MITIGATION PROJECT- A CUPCCAA PROJECT

The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: •Private properties off 7th Ave, south of Cambria Lane. The engineer's estimate for this project is $95,000. The bidder agrees to complete the work within 60 working days. Complete maintenance by April 30, 2029. See Special Provisions Book 2, Section 10-1.03 Time Constraints for more information. The Contractor must have a State of California C-27 Landscape Contractor’s license. Contractor and all listed subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code. Prevailing wages are required on this Contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates. Obtain the wage rates at the DIR Web site, http://www.dir.ca.gov , or from the Department's Labor Compliance Office of the district in which the work is located.
