EXTRA-76817 - USA (Rhode Island) - Owner\'s Program Management Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide owner's program management services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Project management team and provide owner’s representative, project management, coordination, oversight and advisory services throughout the planning, design, preconstruction, construction, occupancy, closeout and warranty phases of the project.– Professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a closely related construction discipline is required. Registration or certification as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, or other relevant professional credential is preferred, but not required.• Budget and cost management; • Master scheduling and schedule oversight; • Construction phasing, logistics, relocation, and operational continuity planning; • Construction phase management and contract administration support; • Owner Progress Inspection services during construction; • Project documentation, records, and reporting; • Commissioning, turnover, occupancy, and project closeout coordination.
