(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consultant service to the government authority located in New York. • Institutional investment consultants with a strong track record advising large public funds and overseeing externally managed portfolios• Deep research coverage across equities, fixed income, and specialty strategies;• Full portfolio oversight responsibilities such as ongoing performance monitoring of external managers, strategic and tactical asset allocation, rebalancing;• Conducting end–to–end manager searches and making recommendations on hiring or terminating managers and implementation plan;• Risk management advice, including factor exposure and attribution analysis;• Advising clients who apply a Total Portfolio Approach and use customized benchmarks and has internally managed assets;• Evaluating manager contributions at the overall fund level;• Offering access to proprietary or third–party investment databases
