EQU-19934 - USA (Jurupa Valley, California) - Audio and Visual Modernization Installation Service - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual modernization installation service to the government authority located in Jurupa Valley, CA. – Provide professional services to design, implement, and transition into operation an upgraded A/V modernization system.– Verify room dimensions, mounting surfaces, furniture interfaces, pathways, conduit, cable distances, power, network availability, equipment locations, and existing reusable equipment.– Update firmware and software to stable supported releases and validate interoperability prior to Acceptance.– JCSD IT administrative coordination for Zoom, Teams, device management, network, and ongoing platform administration.– Improving camera, microphone, display, audio–processing, switching, control, and signage Capabilities.– Providing commercially supportable and lifecycle–manageable systems.– Network and data drops to AV rack device.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
