Vendor needs to provide air charter services for athletics to the government authority located in Vermillion, SD. – Provide “Air Charter Service” for the men’s basketball season. • Agency prefers cabin–seating arrangements enhanced for transporting athletes.• Provide a confirmation of the team schedule including information on or additional cost involved with providing last minute flexibility in arrival and departure times.• Meal service: Non–alcoholic beverages (Pepsi Products, Gatorade, bottled water) on all flights to adequately accommodate all agency passengers.• Minimum seating capacity of 30, with no first class or special amenities needed.
