(1) Vendor needs to provide24x7x365 gambling problem helpline services.– Problem Gambling Helpline (“Helpline“) which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling.– Administer the Helpline with trained staff/specialists and to provide outreach and awareness support to publicize the Helpline's availability.– 24/7/365 live support.– Multiple access channels: Phone, Text/SMS, Web chat.– Language access and interpretation services.– Develop QR code for easy access to Helpline.– Helpline is operated for responding to callers concerned with problem gambling and related issues, meeting the following expectations:– Brief intervention capability.– Motivational interviewing.– Trauma–informed care.– Recovery–oriented language and engagement.– Co–occurring disorder awareness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
