Description
Port of Morrow is accepting competitively sealed bids for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received on 'Proposal Submission Date no later than 12:00PM PST for electronically submitted responses. Paper Responses shall be received no later than 2:00 pm PST. Submit bids through the Port of Morrow's e-Procurement Portal , email them to Bids@Portofmorrow.com, or deliver them to #2 Marine Drive, Boardman, OR 97818. Late submissions shall not be accepted. Deliver 11,000 L.F of RD 21 24" HDPE, to include fabricated fittings and valves.
