(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health treatment services to the government authority located in Johnson, IA.• This project is anticipated to develop a working team to support, monitor and treat individuals on probation for criminal charges that experience significant mental health diagnoses and substance use disorder diagnoses.• The County seeks an experienced mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider to assist in the development of policies and procedures, coordination, monitoring, support and provision of services to individuals on probation for criminal convictions that experience significant mental health challenges and sometimes co–occurring substance use disorders.• Evaluation, development, implementation and delivery of appropriate therapeutic plans for each participant in the mental health court.• Transportation of participants to medical appointments, therapy appointments, and treatment programs as needed.• Provide regular written reports and updates to the mental health court team about each participant’s progress, participant on in treatment and current needs.• Coordinate and participate in regular staffing meetings, court dates and other meetings as part of the mental health court team.• Participate in regular trainings required by the court and keep current on best practices for treatment courts and the professional practice of treatment providers.
