(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to provide marketing and listing services for vacant airport properties to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.• Services shall be tailored depending on the needs of the airport but at a minimum will include evaluation of market rates, development of marketing materials for existing commercial and executive hangars and land, and coordination with potential lessees for lessee screening and lease execution.• The firm shall maintain a current list of vacant airport properties, perform a preliminary market analysis prior to listing a specific property, develop marketing materials in anticipation of properties becoming available as determined by the airport manager, screen potential lessees prior to contract drafting, and drafting contracts utilizing city provided templates.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
