(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation programs and special event transportation services to the government authority located in Malibu, CA. – Provide capable of delivering safe, reliable, and fully ADA compliant fleet solutions, paired with professional drivers trained to support residents and visitors.– Provide comprehensive transportation services at city special events (within city) and programming (outside city limits).– Provide specialized bus services for recreational and cultural programs managed by the community services department. – Provide shuttle operations encompassing two distinct community needs: dedicated shuttle operations for large–scale, city–sponsored special events along the pacific coast highway corridor, and specialized bus services for recreational and cultural programs, such as excursions, organized by the community services department.– Vehicles will be provided and maintained by the contractor including a 15 passenger, 20 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle or motorcoach (or comparable numbers).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
