(1) Vendor needs to provide surety bond assistance pilot program service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – The purpose of this RFI is to elicit the interest of a select group of qualified surety bond companies to participate in this pilot program. – Work will contractors who may not otherwise meet traditional underwriting requirements, helping expand access to bonding and promote inclusive economic participation.– The purpose of the surety bond assistance program is to support small and medium sized economically and socially disadvantaged businesses to participate in, bid on, and secure contracts for capital projects across the agency.– The program seeks to improve access to government contracts through a surety bond loan/guaranty program and to provide technical assistance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
