LED Streetlight Retrofits at Various Locations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, herein called the Town, acting by and through its General Manager will receive sealed Bids for project Bid No. 'Project ID 'Project Title . Bids will be accepted via the Town's eProcurement Portal until 'Proposal Submission Time on 'Proposal Submission Date at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids may be submitted prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
