Vendor needs to provide convocation photography services. • Anticipated staffing requirements:– Two photographers for duration of the event.– One or two assistants on days one and two (headshots), other days optional.– One videographer on days two and three.• Tentative event outline:1. Day 1: Friday, January 15, 2027:– One photographer and an assistant to take headshots of agency staff, faculty, and some students.– Staff will be wearing large name badges.– Photographer should take one photo of badge, then one headshot for identification purposes.2. Day 2: Saturday, January 16, 2027:• Headshots:– One photographer and assistant to take headshots during session breaks.– Students will be wearing large name badges. – Photographer should take one photo of badge, then one of student for identification purposes.• Sessions:– Multiple concurrent sessions, during general session take multiple angles.– Two photographers roaming through all sessions.• Video: Footage of general session keynotes, event space, and candid interactions.• Final delivery:– Photos should be grouped by day.– At each new session, photographer should take photo of session name (posted outside room) to identify session.– All headshot files will need to be named as the name of the person being photographed. Special attention to detail will be required as names can be similar.– Images cannot be watermarked with photographer’s logo.
