(1) Vendor needs to provide active global core equity investment management services.• Agency is seeking long–only global equity strategies investing across developed and emerging markets.• Strategies must be managed with a core or blend style orientation.• Large cap core strategies may also be considered.• Understand and act in accordance with agency investment policies.• Construct and actively manage a long–only separately managed account invested primarily in publicly traded global equity securities.• Conduct research and analysis supporting the inclusion of securities in the portfolio.• Advise PRIM on portfolio–related issues.• Develop and implement risk management practices.• Reconcile with agency custodian monthly and provide reconciliation to agency staff.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
