(1) Vendor needs to provide cooperative ecosystem studies unit service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Improve and Communicate SWOT Data Accuracy: Conduct an in–depth review and evaluation of SWOT pixel cloud data relative to vector–based waterbody elevation datasets. Develop usability assessments of SWOT data, focusing on how to effectively communicate accuracy and error sources to users, such as decision–makers and water managers• Advance SWOT applications in water resource management: Develop and implement methods to extract and display SWOT pixel cloud data for locations with in–situ monitoring, while evaluating errors introduced during the summarization of pixel cloud data into lake vector products
