CONS-22916 - USA (Juneau, Alaska) - Lakeview Court Reconstruction and Design Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lakeview court reconstruction and design services to the government authority located in Juneau, AK.– Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and Neighborhood outreach and coordination– The scope of construction work is anticipated to include improvements to the undergroundstorm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, sidewalk, and othermiscellaneous improvements necessary for a complete project.– The initial workshop will be to scope the project, with the second meeting at approximately 90–percent design completion.– The Consultant shall research all as–built records, property surveys, and governmentor private sources necessary to define right–of–way limits, required or existingeasement conditions and/or requirements, and existing public and private utilitylocations(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 4, 2026.
