Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Management Solution

The City of Santa Monica (City) seeks qualified provider to design, configure, train, implement, and maintain a fully functional enterprise procurement and contract lifecycle management solution (PCLM) whose primary function is to automate the procurement and contract process end-to-end from intake, to solicitation, to vendor selection, to contract execution, to contract administration. This effort will focus on customer experience, artifact storage and centralization, process standardization and contract administration; ensuring procurement and contracts are easy to request and create through self-service and collaborative features that simplify day-to-day activities such as searching, authoring, and execution. The audience for this platform will be primarily city staff, however, vendor performance, vendor management, and vendor access are required capabilities.
