Vendor needs to provide leadership training services to the government authority located in WA. – Provide leadership development, team development, strategic planning and coaching services for the agency.• Leadership development:– Develop and deliver a competency–based leadership curriculum tailored to senior leaders in wastewater treatment operations.– Incorporate modules focused on regulatory decision–making, crisis leadership, operational excellence, workforce planning and cross–functional coordination.– Utilize leadership assessments and interpret results in the context of wastewater operational environments.• Team development:– Assess team dynamics, communication patterns and collaboration practices across operations, maintenance, capital delivery, safety, environmental and community services, finance and administrative groups.– Design and facilitate team development workshops that strengthen trust, communication, accountability and cross–shift coordination.– Identify operational friction points (e.g., engineering–to–operations handoffs) and recommend strategies for improved collaboration.• Strategic planning: – Facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior leaders to identify long–term goals, priorities, risks, and opportunities for agency.– Guide the agency in developing strategic priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to regulatory compliance, reliability, resilience, staffing and capital planning needs.– Conduct internal and external stakeholder engagement activities as needed (e.g., internal staff input, regulatory considerations, community impacts).• Coaching: – Provide one–on–one coaching for senior wastewater leaders focused on leadership behavior, communication, decision–making, and organizational influence.– Develop individualized coaching plans tied to leadership assessments, role responsibilities, and organizational priorities.– Offer coaching sessions that address operational leadership challenges, regulatory communication, crisis response, and workforce management.– Conduct optional observation–based coaching (e.g., attending leadership team meetings or operational briefings) to provide practical feedback.
