(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.• Provide Twice a week, 5700 square feet, 1 floor, 3 restrooms, 1 kitchen, Agency provides trash liners, paper towels, handsoap, and toilet tissue.• Each visit: Clean entrance glass– Sweep and mop floors (entrance, kitchen, 3 restrooms)– Vacuum common areas(hallways, file room, conference room)– Empty trash and replace liners– Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and partitions in restrooms– Restock all toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap.– Wipe down exterior of dispensers.– Clean and disinfect countertops, table, and sink in kitchen.Weekly: Dust all open areas of horizontal surfaces 8 feet and below.– Disinfect door knobs– Vacuum offices that are openMonthly: Clean baseboards– Dust blinds, window sills, air vents – Clean and dust conference room table(2) The contract period will be for one year.
