Parking Lot Striping and Seal Coating Services (Rebid)

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide all equipment, materials, labor and supervision for striping and sealcoat services for parking lots throughout all the City Parks for the Department of Parks and Recreation . The City reserves the right to add additional locations throughout the City as needed.
