(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery debris monitoring services to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX. • Provide disaster debris monitoring management services to support the county in the management of disaster debris removal & recovery resulting from any man–made or natural disaster.• Coordinate daily briefings with the County and the, daily status reports of work progress and staffing;• Ensure the timely acquisition and retention of documentation of environmental authorizations and or permits for debris management sites and final disposal;• Review and reconcile debris removal contractor invoices submitted to the County; and,• Ensure preparation and submission of interim operations and status reports and a final report, as directed by the County(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 12, 2026.
