CONS-22817 - USA (Oxford, Ohio) - Landscape and Turf Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape and turf service to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.– Work relates to furnishing labor, service and/or materials to establish and or restore/renovate landscaping, maintain beds, plantings and/or turf at all of the University campuses as well as maintain or repair irrigation systems.– All personnel of the contractor on the job site will be expected to have the standard tools of the trade, as may be required in the course of the Work, without charge to the University. These shall include, but not be limited to:– Hydro–seeder– Slit seeder– Skid steer loader with Rock Hound Attachment– Tractor with grading attachments– Mowers– Line trimmers and edger– Leaf removal equipment– Mulch placement equipment– Temporary watering systems(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
