DRA-11188 - USA (Des Moines, Iowa) - Historic Survey Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic survey service to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. – The selected Consultant will complete an intensive survey of the Geographical Area of Study. – The selected Consultant will research, analyze and compile an evaluation report including development patterns, property by property descriptions and whether properties are contributing or non–contributing to a potential historic district.– Research Design of the Intensive Level Survey: Project research design outlining project activities, methodology and proposed schedule. Provide agency one electronic copy.– The selected Consultant will allow at least two weeks for feedback from the agency and will work to address feedback received prior to report finalization of the Report.– The Evaluation Report and Intensive Survey Final– Presentation and Summary Materials(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
