(1) Vendor needs to provide quarterly activity guide design services.• These suggested front cover concepts must be submitted to the designated city contact along with the submittal of the first proof copy. Photos need to be digital with high resolution quality.• Include design, layout, and graphics including stock images provided by consultant.• Camera ready advertising shall be provided by the city for the consultant to include in the guide layout. The ability to revise and refine PDF and other digital images is highly desirable.• The final copy of the guide must be able to be uploaded to printer insite prepress web portal or similar prepress software.• 8 ¼ x 10 ¼ (bleed) booklet format.• The number of pages may vary due to the amount of content, however typically there are forty–eight to fifty–two pages for fall, winter, spring, and seventy–two pages for summer, including full color front and back covers.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
