RENTAL-2760 - USA (Augustine, Florida) - Rental and Servicing Services of Portable Restrooms for Large-Scale Events - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rental and servicing services of portable restrooms for large–scale events to the government authority located in Augustine, FL.– Provide standard portable restrooms, accessible portable restrooms, freestanding hand sanitizer stations, optional luxury restroom trailers, and additional sanitation equipment and related supplies as requested by the City.– Coordinate all deliveries, placements, servicing, relocations, and removals with the City's Project Manager.– Provide updated delivery, servicing, and pickup schedules upon request.– Maintain sufficient inventory, personnel, service vehicles, and equipment to accommodate increases or decreases in requested quantities throughout the contract term– Storage tanks shall be watertight, free from leaks, and maintained to prevent spills or seepage during transport, servicing, and use.– Secure units to prevent movement or tipping when conditions warrant.– Replace any unit that becomes damaged, vandalized, inoperable, tipped over, excessively soiled, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for public use within twenty–four (24) hours, or immediately if the condition creates a public health or safety concern(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
