(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide historic resources survey service to the government authority located in Denison, TX. • This survey is intended to inventory and document historic residential and commercial resources in order to inform future decisions regarding the establishment of new local historic districts and the potential expansion of the existing downtown commercial historic district.• Conduct background research on the history and development of each survey area, including review of existing surveys, City records, Sanborn maps, plat records, and other relevant primary and secondary sources• Photograph all surveyed resources in accordance with photographic documentation standards.• Prepare GIS–compatible mapping and/or a spreadsheet inventory identifying each surveyed resource, its address, and a preliminary evaluation of historic significance and integrity.• GIS shapefile and/or spreadsheet inventory of all surveyed resources.• Digital photographs of all surveyed resources, labeled and organized per standards.• Documentation of public engagement activities and a summary of community input received.
