(1) Vendor needs to provide forest management and timber harvest services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.      – Main skid and forwarding trails will be located before any trees are cut.   – Trees marked in pink may be cut to access the timber and are included in the volume estimate. – Streams, wet areas, and stone walls may only be crossed at designated areas.– Harvesting and seasonal restrictions.– Stone walls and other cultural features.– Log landing and logging road construction.– Prevention and containment of contaminant spills.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
