MRB-55168 - USA (Texas) - Managed Care Benchmarking, Strategy and Negotiation Support Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed care benchmarking, strategy and negotiation support services.         – Services include, but are not limited to, review and assessment of current payer contracts, benchmarking of current reimbursement structure, strategy building to optimize reimbursement, and support Health in negotiations with payers to improve financial outcomes and align payer agreements with organizational goals.• Support Harris Health’s managed care strategy • Strengthen managed care contracting and negotiation performance • Provide data–driven reimbursement benchmarking, pricing strategy, contract evaluation, and negotiation advisory services. • Enhance agency ability to optimize reimbursement, strengthen payer negotiations, and improve financial and operational outcomes. • Managed care benchmarking and pricing strategy • Contract evaluation and advisory • Negotiation strategy development • Negotiation Support Services • Market and Network Analysis (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on June 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
