EXTRA-75431 - USA (Wisconsin) - State Monitoring Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide state monitoring services to the government authority located in WI. – State monitoring services during regular business hours, after regular business hours, weekends and federally recognized holidays. – Conduct interviews with residents to determine whether the appropriate ratio of staff is employed within nursing, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, leisure activities, and any other applicable departments to ensure staff are able to meet resident needs.– The monitor is required to observe daily nursing home operations, including evaluating appropriate staffing levels, tracking progress on the facility’s plan of correction (POC), conducting interviews with staff and residents, and performing state of deficiencies (SOD) services monitoring for identified areas of concern as directed– Proficiency in foundational nursing care including patient assessment, medication management, rehabilitative support, and active treatment planning.– Knowledgeable of evolving medical standards and guidelines.– Monitoring and observation services.– Staff qualifications. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
