The intent is to convert 21 athletic fields to synthetic turf on the existing footprint of the facility. Design Services are requested for implementation of supporting infrastructure and permitting of the park site work upgrades and coordination with the selected Certified Synthetic Turf Builder for stormwater discharge points.
