(1) Vendor needs to provide treatment plant upgrade and expansion service to the government authority located in Spartanburg, SC.1. New influent structure consisting of a mechanical fine screen and grit removal unit with grit classifier.2. New circular inground concrete SBR basin (88–foot diameter) with floating aerators and mixer.3. New circular stainless steel above ground sludge tank (66–foot diameter) with floating aerator.4. New effluent pump station.5. New chemical feed systems.6. Chlorine contact basin improvements.7. Related site improvements, pumps, piping, equipment, and structures.8. Electrical and instrumentation (2) The contract period will be for one year.
