HEALTH-11097 - USA (Jackson, Mississippi) - Qualified Residential Treatment Program Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified residential treatment program services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. – Provide trauma–informed residential services, behavioral health treatment, nursing services, educational coordination, workforce development programming, transition–age youth services, family engagement activities, discharge planning, aftercare services, and related support services in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. – To providing services in the least restrictive, clinically appropriate setting that meets each youth's individual needs.– The Offeror shall structure services to support individualized placement decisions, maximize opportunities for family engagement and permanency, promote successful transitions to adulthood, and maintain flexibility to meet changing service demands throughout the contract term.– The Offeror must agree to adhere to operational standards that ensure the well–being and development of children in their care.– This includes policies on discipline, education, health care, and emotional support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be seven years.
