ACCT-26447 - USA (Orange, California) - Property Tax Consulting and Auditing Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property tax consulting and auditing services to the government authority located in Orange, CA. – Assist agency in reporting, forecasting, and recovering all property tax–related revenue to which it is entitled and provide ongoing consultation as requested. – Review the applicable provisions of the agency’s municipal codes and ordinances.– Work with staff to enhance current revenues and to recover revenues lost from possible errors or omissions.– Evaluate the revenue generating elements of the agency’s economic base, such as land parcels, major buildings and various users.– Provide agency staff with forecasted property tax revenues looking at both the short–term budget and long–range fiscal forecasting including preparation of alternative scenarios.– Meeting with designated agency officials as necessary to review and discuss findings and recommendations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
