(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Frankfort, Ky.– Clean and polish bright metal surfaces.– Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.– Clean entry area glass inside and outside, if applicable.– Vacuum or dust venetian blinds, drapes, chairs (cloth), etc.– Clean inside and outside of waste baskets.– Clean inside of all windows.– Spot clean interior walls, doors, and partitions.– Clean mirror glass.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than September 15, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
