(1) Vendor needs to provide venue operator services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.– Operator is responsible for all daily operations including, but not limited to: – Staff management. – Booking/programming. – Event coordination. – Marketing/communications. – Box office & ticketing (both single ticket and subscription sales). – Admissions. – Facility maintenance & custodial. – Public safety/security. – Food & beverage/concessions. – Community outreach/audience development. – All administrative and financial functions including HR, accounting/payroll, IT, legal/contract administration. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
