CLEANING-13092 - USA (Rockford, Michigan) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Rockford, MI.    – Clean and polish restroom dispensers and fixtures, chrome, metal, and mirrors using color coded microfiber cleaning cloths and hospital grade disinfecting all–purpose spray and glass cleaner.– Vacuum all carpeting and mats with approved backpack units and mop all hard surface floor areas using microfiber flat mopping system and disinfecting finished floor cleaner.– Clean doors, frames, handles, knobs, and switches with hospital–grade disinfecting all–purpose spray cleaner.– Clean and organize janitor closet; Turn off lights as instructed; Lock doors and windows as instructed.– Dust blinds, light fixtures ceiling vents, and picture frames with electrostatic dusting cloths.– Janitorial services to complete a onetime deep cleaning in the areas indicated.– Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and water coolers using disinfecting all–purpose spray cleaner.     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026          (3) The contract period will be for three years.
