(1) Vendor needs to provide wireless automated hearing test system to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.• Provide digital user manual with written and photographic step by step instructions of WAHTS (Wireless Automated Hearing Test System)audiometer and software use and troubleshooting• Provide recorded video demonstration of WAHTS audiometer and software operations and troubleshooting;• Provide onboarding and user training materials including manuals, online tutorials and live sessions within two weeks of software release• Provide escalation protocols for critical failures and downtime• Provide summary reports of software updates and support tickets by the fifth day of each month• The contractor shall be responsible for roundtrip shipping costs in the event an audiometer is returned to the government in a less than fully functional condition or has not received full maintenance and calibration services(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Total Small Business Set–Aside
