Vendor needs to provide temporary housing support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Provide safe, clean, and code–compliant housing for stays ranging from two weeks to six months or longer, as needed.– Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal health, safety, building, and fire codes.– Furnish accommodations with beds, clean linens, heating, air conditioning, Wi–Fi access, and essential furnishings.– Provide private accommodations for individuals and appropriate family housing arrangements.Supply housekeeping services, including linen changes, towel replacement, and trash removal at least twice weekly.– Provide free parking for residents, City staff, and approved service providers.– Report client incidents to the City within 24 hours.– Support City monitoring activities, including inspections and case management visits.– Hotel Accommodation Requirements– Private rooms with private bathrooms.– Refrigerator and microwave in each room.– Access to food delivery services without restriction.– Appropriate accommodations for larger families through adjoining rooms, suites, or similar arrangements.– Optional Services– Laundry facilities or services.– Meal services.– Transportation assistance.– Additional amenities that support resident well–being and access to community resources.
