(1) Vendor needs to provide aircraft maintenance technician staffing services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. • Provide an immediate, 24 hours per day, statewide response capability for critical occurrences and emergency situations• Troubleshoot aircraft malfunctions to accurately diagnose and repair problem.• Conducts and observes tests and system checks with pilot during test flights to functionally test aircraft systems.• Provide logbooks and other records as necessary, to provide required documentation of aircraft maintenance and repairs.• Ability to prepare detailed written documents.• Provide verbal communication with pilots and technicians to exchange technical information• Ability to interpret complex technical information (e.g. parts manuals, maintenance manuals, manufacturers specifications, systems schematics, test data, ect.) to troubleshoot aircraft problems, prepare repair/modification estimates.
