(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare workforce data clearinghouse service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– An applicant to conduct a requirements analysis and develop future plans as the first phase in state  development of the clearinghouse.– The clearinghouse will serve as a centralized digital repository for the collection, validation, and standardization of healthcare workforce data.  – It will draw from multiple sources and distribute outputs to various credentialed users or organizations through online reporting and visualizations.– The selected applicant will leverage existing state resources to achieve these objectives.– The selected applicant will conduct the following:– Orient to current state.– Develop use case for analysis of underserved areas.– Develop use case for churn and trend analysis.– Develop use case for service commitment tracking.– Create future state clearinghouse roadmap.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
