EXTRA-74237 - USA (Tuscaloosa, Alabama) - Environmental Assessment Services - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental assessment services to the government authority located in Tuscaloosa, AL.– Conduct lead, mold, and asbestos risk assessments in a timely manner.– Require hazard controls and abatement activities and perform the same.– Test surfaces and paint on surfaces that will be disturbed during the renovation and identify all hazards with sufficient detail to permit replication of sampling and testing effort, sketches or drawings of property with floor plan detailing all sample locations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
