(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing consulting services.• Provide recommendations and strategies for improving the competitiveness of exports in the target markets.• Developing and delivering promotional material, correspondence, and for meetings, trade shows, and escorting foreign buyer missions.• Assisting with travel for agribusiness exporters to the Target Markets including arranging meetings and developing itineraries.• Maintaining on–going contact with foreign buyers, including buyer selections and escorting buyer missions.• Advising and assisting with distribution including finding importers, warehousing, and other distribution facilities and partners.• Tracking sales and other performance measures resulting from all live events.• Obtaining evaluations or participant feedback following each marketing activity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
