Vendor needs to provide professional learning modules services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The scope of this project includes developing high–quality modules that equip mentor teachers with the skills, systems, and strategies necessary to build effective mentor–apprentice relationships, strengthen instructional practice, and provide targeted coaching and feedback.• The contractor shall design, develop, and deliver engaging e–learning modules, ensuring each module is approximately 60–90 minutes in length and contains relevant, practical, and instructionally aligned content.• The contractor shall produce comprehensive multimedia learning assets, including: supplementary resources and job aids, Instructional videos, Interactive knowledge checks and assessments, case studies, scenario–based activities, and reflective exercises.• The contractor shall facilitate bi–weekly check–in meetings to ensure transparency, alignment, and progress monitoring throughout development and implementation phases.
