INSU-6092 - USA (East Meadow, New York) - Residents Disability Insurance Service - Deadline July 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residents disability insurance service to the government authority located in East Meadow, NY. – Provide comprehensive optional Long–Term Disability (LTD) and optional Short–Term Disability (STD) insurance coverages.– Provide comprehensive, high–quality disability insurance coverage and administration for approximately 350 residents and fellows enrolled in Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs.– Short–Term Disability (STD): Comprehensive coverage designed to provide short–term income replacement for residents and fellows experiencing temporary illnesses, injuries, or medical conditions (including maternity leave).– Long–Term Disability (LTD): Optional long–term disability coverage tailored to the unique career trajectory and specialized needs of medical residents and fellows.– Claims Administration: Providing an efficient, fair, and objective claims adjudication process. This includes case management, benefit disbursements, and a clear, legally compliant appeals process.– Customer Service: Providing a dedicated, accessible customer service portal or call center staffed by representatives trained to handle specific inquiries.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
